Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Al Nassr only months after joining the club from Manchester United and could be set to return to Real Madrid as an ambassador, according to reports.
The all-time Portugal top scorer left United in November as his second spell at Old Trafford came to an end under a cloud. It followed a bombshell interview with Piers Morgan in which he critiscised United in several aspects.
It led to the termination of his contract, which was due to expire next summer, by mutual consent. He subsequently moved to Saudi Arabia to play for Al Nassr. According to El Nacional, Ronaldo could be about to return to former club Real in an ambassadorial role. The Spanish publication claims that Real president Florentino Perez has 'guaranteed' Ronaldo some form of work at the Santiago Bernabeu.
