Coronation Street star Emrhys Cooper said he was 'thrilled to announce' some exciting news away from the cobbles - and he looked a far cry from playing Rowan Cunliffe.
Fans first saw the actor in the ITV soap as Institute mentor Rowan back in March when Leanne Battersby accompanied Simon Barlow to one of his seminars at the Chariot Square Hotel.
Leanne was taken aback when the group mentor approached her and offered her some unsolicited advice as she dealt with some problems at home.
But as viewers know, Rowan quickly manipulated Leanne into joining the Institute, turning her against her family in the process.
