Coronation Street stars Jack P Shepherd and Ben Price didn't hold back when Colson Smith revealed how much he'd spent on going to see singer-songwriter James Blunt at one of his recent gigs on the podcast they host.
Colson, 25, Ben, 52, and Jack, 36, front the podcast On the Sofa, on which the trio "tell stories about their lives, work and everything in-between".
They rebranded the podcast from Sofa Cinema Club, which centred around the films they had been watching - and whether they loved or loathed them But on the rebranded podcast, a recent episode saw them discuss musician James, 50, following a concert back in March which Colson attended after he made it to the Celebrity Big Brother final. He said: "I had an emotional experience over the weekend. [I] went to watch [James]." His pal Ben - who plays Nick Tilsley on Corrie - didn't seem impressed though as he responded: "That must be a drag.
