The actor took to social media over the weekend to share how he'd been able to catch up with Peter Ash months after his cobbles exit aired.
As fans of the ITV soap know, the actor, who is known for playing Billy Mayhew in the ITV soap, starred alongside Peter, who played Weatherfield's Paul Foreman for six years.
Peter bowed out of the long-running show in September 2024 as Paul died in heartbreaking scenes. The beloved character's tragic death came 17 months after he was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, an uncommon condition that affects the brain and nerves, which currently has no cure.
