Chris, also known for his appearance on Dancing On Ice in 2008, had earlier referred to his grandad as his "best pal".This sad news follows a challenging year for Chris, who was hospitalised due to a stroke last year at only 35 years old.
In a candid talk about his ordeal, Chris expressed: "I've been in some very dark, horrible places, to the point where I realised I needed to start changing the way that I was thinking otherwise I might not have been here." He continued: "My life, my job, my image, my reputation everything was just ripped away.
