The actor finished in third place in the reboot of the ITV reality show, behind runner-up Nikita Kuzmin and eventual winner David Potts.
The trio made it to the finale of the programme alongside broadcaster and author Fern Britton and former X Factor judge Louis Walsh.
Colson didn't have much time between leaving the famous house and heading back to Weatherfield as he returned to work on Corrie, where he plays PC Craig Tinker, days after.
