Claire Sweeney is among the Coronation Street star issuing their support to Alan Halsall as his I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here stint was confirmed - but she is also seemingly rooting for her fellow Liverpudlian Coleen Rooney.
Alan, who is famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap, and WAG Coleen have already touched down in Australia ahead of the hit reality show returning to screens this Sunday night (November 17) at 9pm.
They were confirmed in the line-up for I'm A Celeb 2024 on Monday night (November 11) alongside Dancing on Ice judge Oti Mabuse, McFly star Danny Jones, Loose Women star Jane Moore, and BBC Radio 1 DJ Melvin Odoom. But back to Alan, who will be taking a break from Corrie to take part in the show, he has said that one of the big reasons for saying ‘yes’ is down to the fact some of his colleagues loved their experience on the show.
