Coronation Street's Betsy Swain actress gets co-star's approval on boyfriend in 'best gift' admission

The actress joined the soap last year as DS Lisa Swain's previously unknown daughter, Betsy Swain, and has been quick to ruffle feathers on the cobbles having talked herself into a job at the Underworld factory and got into a relationship with Weatherfield bully Mason Radcliffe.
But away from the ITV soap, Sydney has given a glimpse at how she celebrated the Christmas and New Year festivities, including revealing she got a sweet gift from her on-sceen mum Vicky Myers.
Taking to her TikTok account, the soap star did a haul of what she got for Christmas 2024, including plenty of Jelly Cat plushies, tote bags - which she said 'feeds her obsession' with the accessory' - and different pieces of jewellery, including a bracelet from Vicky, which she didn't show on camera as she left it at her own home in Manchester.
