Coronation Street star Alan Halsall was subject to the same comment via his co-star after their 'gorgeous' night out together.

The actor was seen enjoying a dinner with Andy Whyment and their families. Alan, who is famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap, and Andy, who is known to fans for playing Weatherfield's Kirk Sutherland, have formed a strong bond over the years outside of week, having enjoyed more than two decades on the cobbles.

Therefore it is no surprise for fans to see them hanging out together away from the Corrie set. This week, the pair were joined by a couple of their family members as they headed out for a pre-weekend dinner together. The group has gone out to La Casa at Astley Point in Astley, Lancashire, and smiled for a snap together before Andy shared it to Instagram to gush over their meal.
