Claire Sweeney joined the show as Tyrone Dobbs' real mum and daughter of Evelyn Plummer last year. After vowing to her new-found family to stay clean, Cassie quickly found herself with a job at the garage.
However, her meddling in Kevin and Abi Webster saw her lose her job. But more recently, Cassie has found herself in the fold at No.1 Coronation Street having become Ken's carer after he became of concern to his family after he fell down the stairs and fractured his pelvis.
