Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank has been supported by his real-life partner as he was awarded for his role in the show.
The actor and his former co-star Peter Ash were recognised for their portrayal during the recent Motor Neurone Disease Storyline.
There were emotional scenes earlier this month as Peter was seen bowing out of the ITV soap after six years as Paul Foreman.
The exit came 17 months after his character was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in a hard-hitting storyline Corrie worked on with the help of the MND Association.
