The same insider who spoke with the aforementioned publication stated that Cassie and Colton had developed a very strong relationship, however, it was hot in the beginning, but it quickly fizzled out, and everyone around them noticed.
The source added that they were practically just “roommates toward the end.” Another source who spoke with Us claims both parties really had to consider whether breaking up was the right decision.
