Cole Escola to Return to 'Oh, Mary!' on Broadway - Find Out When!
justjared.comCole Escola is returning to Oh, Mary! The original star and playwright is returning to the hit Broadway show at the Lyceum Theatre in the title role of Mary Todd Lincoln, beginning on Tuesday, April 8. Cole will be joined by fellow original cast members Conrad Ricamora as Mary’s Husband (Abraham Lincoln) and James Scully as Mary’s Teacher, reuniting the original onstage cast.
It is not known how long Cole will be returning for the show. Oh, Mary! follows Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to her husband’s assassination.
It has nothing to do with the Civil War or politics, but focuses rather on Mary’s burning desire to perform. It’s currently headlined by Betty Gilpin. Tituss Burgess will take over the role of Mary Todd from March 18 through April 6.
