Temperatures across the UK are set to plummet in the coming, sparking a warning from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA). The UKHSA issued a cold weather alert while the Met Office has said a cold snap will be brought to the UK due to high pressure building in the region.
Meanwhile, parts of Greater Manchester are expected to see temperatures as low as -1C, according to current Met Office forecasts.
