Gig goers who attended a concert at Co-op Live have slammed the queue system as 'a shambles' over the way entry to the concert was managed.
With more than 20,000 people heading to Niall Horan's sell-out gig on Tuesday night, it was always going to be a busy event for the Eastlands music venue, which opened in May following a series of delays.
But many people were shocked by the length of the queues that spiralled away from the building and say it was unclear who needed to queue where. "We had waited months for this day and were both extremely excited," said Maxine, who paid almost £300 for VIP standing tickets and had travelled from Barrow in Furness, Cumbria.
