Christmas shoppers were being hit by frustration at the tills and online today over reported issues with supermarket Morrisons' loyalty card.
The chain's 'More' loyalty cards were reported not to be working, meaning customers were unable to get discounts on their shopping.
The Morrisons website also appeared to be down on Monday morning, with a '502 bad gateway' error message showing. There were also reports of delays to food deliveries due to 'technical issues'.
It comes on one of the busiest shopping days of the year, as households stock up for Christmas and buy fresh produce. Morrisons has heavily discounted many lines, including fresh vegetables and fruit, in the past week.
