The mum-of-three shares her kids, twins Penelope and Leo, six, and Felicity, four, all of whom have been diagnosed with autism, with her husband Paddy.
Sharing a snap of the trio digging into their meals, she wrote: ‘3 months later.‘This really is a very ‘Happy meal’. The only meal all three children will eat.
