Christine McGuinness has admitted to experiencing a 'terrible' struggle of late as she wowed her fans with her moves. The mum-of-three looked amazing as took to Instagram after filming herself taking part in a yoga routine.

Model Christine showed off her gym-honed figure in the clip as she slipped into a nude sports bar and matching skin-tight leggings from her new luxury clothing brand, We Are H-E-R.

The 35-year-old kept her blonde locks down and appeared fresh-faced as she got to work on her pink mat in front of her wall-to-ceiling windows.
