James Haskell, 36, were expecting their first baby, with the parents-to-be, as well as grandparents Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan, clearly over the moon with the sweet news.And keeping her followers abreast of her pregnancy journey over the weekend, the TV presenter and fitness influencer revealed that a lot of people had been asking whether she was still lifting during her pregnancy, sharing: ‘The answer is yes!’Chloe – who wasn’t able to work out due to being ‘so unwell’ earlier in the pregnancy – insisted it was ‘perfectly healthy and beneficial’ to continue training, and that you should be able to do what you were doing before you fell pregnant – albeit with some tweaks to your routine.She wrote on a series of slides: ‘In all honesty, I couldn’t for about 2 months because I was so unwell (very sick and shockingly bad headaches), but gradually I’ve been able to resume my training frequency over the last 2-3 weeks.‘I’ve had incredibly bad DOMS because I haven’t gone 2 months without training in over 9 years but I like knowing the stimulus has returned and I’m excited to have a new reason to workout.
