Racegoers from Greater Manchester are being urged to behave responsibly if they're visiting a historic North West city this weekend.
The Chester Races have returned to the famous Roodee racecourse, with visitors expected to flock to the city by the Welsh border.
Officers are keen to make sure the weekend goes smoothly for racegoers and residents, with an increased police presence across the city this weekend.
Cheshire Police has also issued a 48-hour dispersal order, covering most of Chester city centre, in a bid to prevent anti-social behaviour.
