A small beach hut in the North Wales resort dubbed 'Cheshire-by-the-sea' is up for sale for an eye-watering £200,000. If the asking price is reached it make it the most expensive hut ever sold on Abersoch's Porth Mawr beach- and more expensive than an average three-bed semi in many parts of Greater Manchester.

Abersoch is one of the most desirable holiday destinations in Wales. It has even been dubbed 'Cheshire-by-the-sea' due to its popularity with wealthy holidaymakers and second home owners from Cheshire.
On Twitter, one person wondered if it comes with a “parking space for the Lambo”. Another inquired as to whether Waitrose made deliveries.
