Frank Lampard would be making his first mistake as Chelsea manager by signing Barcelona flop Philippe Coutinho, according to Stan Collymore.
Reports suggest the Blues are in talks with Barca over a potential deal for Coutinho, who has failed to impress at the Nou Camp since completing a £130m switch from Liverpool in January 2018.
Spanish outlet Sport claim the Brazilian, who has spent the 2019/20 campaign on loan at Bayern Munich, is “on the brink” of sealing a return to the Premier League at Stamford Bridge.
