The 18-year-old, who has burst onto the scene at Stamford Bridge this season, features in episode two of Hyundai and Chelsea FC’s ‘Home Advantage’ series - which shows budding young players how they can brush up on their technical skills indoors.
Along with Senior Chelsea Foundation coach Nathan Philip, Gilmour takes fans through some useful passing exercises that they can recreate at home.
Fans are encouraged to film their attempts and share them on social media using #HyundaiFC for the chance to win some prizes.
