And the Championship-winning side have reportedly won the race ahead of Wolves and Newcastle. While the defensive midfielder looks set for an exit, they are looking to bring one in with former academy man Declan Rice.
The England star has been linked with a return from West Ham for several months - and uncertainty over his contract has created an opportunity.
