Police are hunting for a man after an estimated £40,000 worth of cannabis was found in ten giant vacuum packed bags.Officers stopped a suspicious motor on Priesthill Road in Glasgow at around 11.25am on Friday, July 28.But the vehicle’s driver legged it from the scene before he could be arrested.
Police Scotland say they are working to trace him.Sharing a picture of the massive drugs haul, cheeky officers tweeted: “Pollok Community officers recovered these large vacuum bags from a vehicle this morning after a male made off, leaving them behind.“Enquiries are ongoing to trace you but should you wish to come and collect them, please attend Pollok Police office and we can discuss the matter.”An official statement from Police Scotland added: “Around 11.25am on Friday, July 28, 2023, Pollock community officers stopped a vehicle on Priesthill Road, Glasgow.“A quantity of cannabis was recovered from the vehicle, with an estimated value of around £40,000.
