The 31 year old and her fiancé, Matt Sarsfield, rushed their baby to hospital on Thursday Night after his "bronchitis" flared up again and the mum shared heartbreaking snaps showing Jude in a hospital bed.
After describing the ordeal as "another scary moment", on Friday, the mum-of-two, who is the daughter of iconic comedian Les Dawson, revealed the happy news that her little one is back home and "on the mend." Charlotte posted an adorable snap as she cuddled up with her two sons, Noah and Jude, to enjoy a cosy movie night in while wearing their pajamas and eating popcorn.
