When taking part in the BBC One dance contest, alongside professional dance partner Vito Coppola, Fleur danced in memory of Malcolm East after agreeing to take part in his 'favourite show'.
Malcolm tragically died after suffering a heart attack in 2020, leaving the Strictly star heartbroken. When she signed up for Strictly in 2022, Fleur emotionally explained: "I’m just going to be doing it for him.
I’m gutted he can’t see me do it, but I’m going to keep him in mind when I’m doing the show."
