Mikel Arteta has been urged to take inspiration from Jose Mourinho's pragmatism as he continues to build at Arsenal. The advice comes from his compatriot and former Gunner Cesc Fabregas who believes it is crucial that he gets results.
Arsenal have endured mixed fortunes thus far this year, but in all of their games have attempted to play in the style implemented by Arteta.
Fabregas admires his courage, which is becoming more synonymous with modern day coaches, but has underlined the importance of confidence which comes from winning games. "That’s they key nowadays, especially from what I’ve seen in the last four or five years with coaches that I’ve had," he told 90min.com.
