CCTV footage shows police 'kicking and punching' boy, 16, after tackling him off e-bike

manchestereveningnews.co.ukPolice are reviewing video footage that has emerged appearing to show a 16-year-old boy being punched and kicked by officers during an arrest in Heald Green.
The clip, given exclusively to the Manchester Evening News, shows five officers attempting to detain the teenager on Finney Lane in Heald Green, Stockport, last Wednesday (August 7).
In the footage, captured by nearby CCTV, the youth can be seen attempting to evade officers on a bike. Moments later, he is pulled to the ground as more officers move in.
Footage shows the 16-year-old being punched by an officer as he lay on the ground, before another officer walks up behind and kicks him.
