mirror.co.ukCatherine Tyldesley has shared a throwback snap of her playing a completely different role in Coronation Street . The talented actress, 36, rose to fame while playing Rovers Return barmaid, Eva Price on the ITV soap from 2011 to 2018.
But prior to her debut as Eva, Catherine actually starred as a different character altogether, and with a very different profession.
Taking to her Instagram , the stunner revealed that she starred as a midwife who went by the name of Jayne Collinge. The character not only worked at Weatherfield General Hospital, but she also helped to deliver Sunita Alahan's twins Aadi and Asha way back when in 2006 - two years before she started her role as the Rovers most loved barmaid.
