A national shortage of cat vaccines is leading to delays in annual booster jabs for thousands of pets. Vets have been turning down appointments for vaccines and regular immunisations, leaving anxious pet owners facing delays for their pet's treatment.
Some people have been told that their cat won’t be able to be vaccinated until January, as clinics are dealing with a backlog from lockdown and an increase in pet ownership during the pandemic.
