Carrie Underwood & Family 'Unharmed' Following Fire at Their Tennessee House

Carrie Underwood and her family are luckily safe after a fire broke out at their Tennessee home. On Sunday (June 16), several crews were dispatched to the 41-year-old country music singer’s house in Williamson County for a “fully-involved fire” in the garage that began around 9:40pm, according to WKRN News 2.

The outlet reported that firefighters were able to contain the fire fast thanks to a 10,000-gallon water tank that was already on the premises. Keep reading to find out more…Following the fire, a spokesperson for Carrie shared in a statement that the singer, her husband Mike Fisher, their two sons 9-year-old Michael and 5-year-old Jacob, along with their pets were all safe. “There was a fire on the property on Sunday night, which was quickly contained,” Carrie‘s spokesperson shared with People. “There was no fire damage to the primary residence, and the family and their pets were unharmed.” The Williamson County Fire/Rescue also posted about the fire on their Facebook. “At 9:42 Station 21 was dispatched to a fire alarm in their district.

Almost immediately the call was upgraded to a structure fire,” the statement read. “Crews from all eight of our stations responded.

Fairview fire provided a tanker and crew as well. Upon arrival, 1401 found flames coming from the garage. Crews were able to knock down the fire quickly to prevent spread into the house.” The statement continued, “Firefighters continue to put out hotspots to prevent further spread.
