Caroline Flack
Caroline Louise Flack (born 9 November 1979) is an English radio and television presenter. She began her career as an actress, starring in Bo' Selecta! in 2002 and has since presented various ITV2 spin-off shows such as I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! from 2009 until 2010 and The Xtra Factor from 2011 until 2013. Flack won the twelfth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and the following year began presenting main series such as Love Island and The X Factor replacing long-standing presenter Dermot O'Leary.

Caroline's mum cries in Flackstock Festival doc as late daughter's funeral song is played

Caroline Flack's mother Christine got emotional while hearing the song that was played at her daughter's funeral.The late TV presenter, who passed away in February 2020, was honoured last month at Flackstock Festival in Reading, Berkshire.

A documentary about the festival aired on Sky Max and Sky Showcase on Sunday 28 August. In the emotional scenes, Caroline's family could be seen getting choked up during the performance of Lucie Jones.The singer belted out the lyrics to She Used to Be Mine from musical Waitress, which she sang at Caroline's funeral.

Presenting the performance, Dermot O'Leary said: "Caroline would have loved this, but she wouldn't be here yet, she'd still be in traffic." He then added: "Caroline's funeral was an extraordinary day it was so unbelievably sad, but we are celebrating our wonderful friend today and there was a song that was playing at her funeral, it was sung beautifully by Lucie Jones." Caroline's mother Christine had tears as the cameras went to her during the performance.The festival also had performances from Olly Murs, Pixie Lott, Ronan Keating, Gabrielle, Louise Redknapp and Tom Grennan.
