Caroline Flack
Caroline Louise Flack (born 9 November 1979) is an English radio and television presenter. She began her career as an actress, starring in Bo' Selecta! in 2002 and has since presented various ITV2 spin-off shows such as I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! from 2009 until 2010 and The Xtra Factor from 2011 until 2013. Flack won the twelfth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and the following year began presenting main series such as Love Island and The X Factor replacing long-standing presenter Dermot O'Leary.

Caroline Flack police investigation into her death dropped by own watchdog

A police investigation into its own conduct over Caroline Flack's death has been dropped despite emergency services visiting the Love Island star just 24 hours before she took her own life.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct said there was "no indication of a causal link - directly or indirectly - between the actions or omissions of the police and Caroline Flack's tragic death".

Caroline had been seen by paramedics the day before she was found hanged inside her north London home on Saturday February 15.

She was not taken into hospital on Valentine's Day. Metropolitan Police officers last had contact with the 40-year-old television presenter on December 13, 2019, when she was taken into custody following an alleged assault on her
