Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

Car TRAPPED after driving into Metrolink tunnel at Manchester Piccadilly with trams suspended

This was the moment a car became stuck after driving into the Metrolink tram tunnel at Piccadilly station. The blue Fiat 500 became 'trapped' after following a tram from London Road this morning (July 9).

Police were called out to the scene while Metrolink passengers faced disruption, as work took place to move the car. Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) became aware of the problem at around 9.40am.

It's understood that no serious injuries were reported following the incident and no arrests were made. A number of tram services which run through Piccadilly were affected by the incident. A TfGM spokesperson said: “At around 9.40am this morning (Tuesday, July 9) we received reports that a car had become trapped after following a tram from London Road into Manchester Piccadilly. “Service changes were introduced on the Altrincham, Ashton, Bury, city centre and Eccles lines while police removed the vehicle.
