Capital FM's Jordan North makes jab at ex-Radio 1 mates after abrupt exit

Capital FM presenter Jordan North has made a subtle jab at his former workplace, BBC Radio 1, following his abrupt departure from the station earlier this year.

It was announced back in February that Jordan, 34, would take over from Roman Kemp as the host of the Capital Breakfast Show.

Roman, 31, stepped down after working at Capital FM for 10 years. He first joined the station back in 2014 presenting early mornings every Sunday before working up to the coveted weekday breakfast slot.

Jordan, who finished in second place on the 2020 season of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, co hosts the wildly popular podcast, Help I Sexted My Boss!
