Manchester United boss Marc Skinner believes few teams will be able to deal with his side if they can hit their best form this season.
United host top of the Women’s Super League Leicester on Sunday, October 15 at Leigh Sports Village. It’s the Red’s fourth fixture since the season opener on October 1, having pulled four points from two league games thus far.
The Reds kicked off their 2023/24 season with a 2-1 win over Aston Villa and a two-all tie with Arsenal earlier in the month and then drew with Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday evening, one-goal-a-piece in United’s inaugural Champions League campaign.
United were put under persistent pressure in the opening 45, yet came out after the break all guns blazing as they kept hold of the ball, pulled the tie back to level terms and took the game to the French heavyweights.
