Camilla is not the “racist” senior royal mentioned by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in their controversial Oprah Winfrey interview, a source has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex said there were “concerns” over how dark Archie's skin colour would be made by a member of the Royal family in their bombshell interview with Oprah in March 2021 — but would not name the culprit.
Fresh allegations of racism came from a new book, Tom Bower's unauthorised biography, Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the war between the Windsor's, which features “interviews from insiders who have never spoken before".
Bower's book claimed that in the early days of Harry, 37, and 40 year old Meghan's relationship, Camilla, 75, made a remark about his son having a "ginger afro" A royal source has since shut down these claims as they told Page Six: “Camilla is not racist — I can tell you categorically she is not the royal who Harry and Meghan were talking about.” The controversial book, which neither Meghan or Harry have had any input in and have not publicly commented on, is being serialised in the Times and Sunday Times, and many extracts have been published over recent days.
