A Cambuslang singer has had a “whirlwind of a weekend” after being drafted in to replace Olly Murs as the opener for Take That at their OVO Hydro show.TV presenter Ross King was in the restaurant of the Radisson Red when he received a call from Gary Barlow telling him that their support act couldn’t make the show due to transport issues.King told BBC Good Morning Scotland that he mentioned to Barlow that there was a “young guy” playing at the venue who could fill in.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
