Many people give money to charity in the hope that all of their donations will be put towards the good cause, however, it seems that may not always be the case.

Channel 4’s Dispatches has created a show which is meant to expose the fact that famous faces take tens of thousands of pounds to show support for a charity without making it known to the public.

A poll of over 2,000 people carried out by the show also showed that three-quarters of people are less likely to give money to a good cause if a charity pays money to a celebrity for their support.
