Part of a busy Bolton road has been closed this morning following a crash. Two vehicles were involved in the collision on Manchester Road, in Moses Gate, at around 10am today (August 1).
North West Ambulance Service confirmed that two ambulances were called out to the scene, near to the junction with Loxham Street, following the collision.
Officers closed off the road southbound, with traffic heading towards Manchester diverted to use the A666 St Peter's Way. Greater Manchester Police says no serious injuries were reported following the smash.
