Brute banned from entering Bellshill after striking partner on face

A man who hit his partner has been banned from Bellshill and must tell social workers about any new relationship. Flemming, a joiner, of Five Ways Road, Netherburn, appeared from custody at Hamilton Sheriff Court. Defence agent Diarmid Bruce said his client had been in custody awaiting the case since September.
