The 25-year-old shared a snap taken by her mum-in-law-to-be Victoria of her cuddling up to her fiance Brooklyn and his grandparents Jackie and Anthony.
They had all gathered together at David and Victoria's Cotswald mansion to celebrate Romeo's 18th. Victoria wrote alongside the same picture: "You are all my everything." The aspiring footballer was spoilt with a rainbow cake while surrounded by his immediate family.
Nicola - who started dating Brooklyn in October - looked part of the family as she relaxed with his grandparents. She had her arms around the couple who have been married since 1970.
