Britney Spears’ lawyer is speaking out. Mathew Rosengart filed paperwork on Wednesday (September 22), telling the judge that he expects her conservatorship to end “completely and inevitably” this fall, via Variety. Click inside to read more… He reiterated that his top priority is removing her father, Jamie Spears, from his role as conservator of the estate.
He is also urging Judge Brenda Penny to replace him on September 29 with someone who could handle the job on a “temporary, short-term” basis.
Following the news of her engagement, Britney Spears needs a prenuptial agreement prior to her marriage to fiance Sam Asghari said her lawyer, and that will require the involvement of her conservator.
