Britain's Got Talent magician and veteran Lance Corporal Richard Jones has revealed what the judges are really like backstage.
Richard, 33, from Essex, got into magic while he was posted overseas, as it was a good way to help him stay focused while he was away from home and he was able to entertain his comrades.
In 2016, he decided to enter Britain's Got Talent because he wanted to see what it was like to perform on a big stage. After two rounds of auditions, he made it through to the live shows and then into the final, where he became the first-ever magician to win the show following a touching performance featuring a war veteran.
Now, speaking exclusively to OK!, Richard has opened up on some behind-the-scenes secrets, including his experience of meeting the judges for the series he was in- Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.
