Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Britain's Got Talent fans fume over 'fix' as 'established' group take the stage

Britain's Got Talent were not happy that another act who were already "well known" took to the stage on Saturday's programme (April 23).Fans of the ITV favourite were up in arms that a renowned choir were fast tracked through to the next round with four unanimous yes' from the judging panel that includes Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon.Taking to Twitter, online users in the their masses aired their disappointment, with one user writing: "London Community Gospel Choir are phenomenal.

That’s why they’re well-known, successful and often on TV or other artists’ recordings. I have no idea why they’ve been allowed onto #BritainsGotTalent."Another echoed: "#BritainsGotTalent should be about undiscovered talent and not talent that’s well established, been on tv, sung at global events and performed with other huge artists."A third tweet read: "How come @LCGCtweets need to be on @BGT?

They are already known world wide. This is stopping a new unknown act getting their big break #BritainsGotTalent."A fourth questioned: "Bit weird having a well established and almost world renown choir on #BritainsGotTalent don't you think?"While a fifth commented: "BGT is such a fix, this choir are well known."Meanwhile, Simon's talent scout programme faced harsh criticism after two acts were awarded the golden buzzer and an automatic place in the final.Viewers were unhappy that Loren Allred, 32, and Axel Blake had already had successful careers before appearing on the show.Loren Allred had previously recorded Never Enough for The Greatest Showman and Axel has his own Amazon Prime show.
