Police have made an arrest following a 'stabbing' outside a swimming baths. Officers were called out to a reported stabbing in the car park of Irlam and Cadishead Leisure Centre, in Irlam, Salford, at around 6.15am today (December 9).
Greater Manchester Police says officers attended the scene, on Liverpool Road, and discovered a male victim had suffered a cut to his leg.
He was taken to hospital, where he has been treated for injuries described as 'superficial'. Officers arrested another male at the scene on suspicion of assault.
He remains in custody for questioning this afternoon. Ages of the pair are yet to be confirmed.
