Manchester City have suffered a blow with Jack Grealish going off injured in the early stages of their Champions League last-16 tie at FC Copenhagen.
The winger trudged off on 21 minutes with what looked like a leg muscle problem, being replaced by Jeremy Doku. The 28-year-old, who was starting his sixth straight European match, missed three City games in September due to a hamstring injury.
Speaking on commentary for TNT Sports, Ally McCoist said it was the right call for Pep Guardiola to take Grealish off given the apparent nature of the injury. "There is absolutely no doubt about that, if he does feel anything at all he would be crazy, as much as he will want to continue," he said.
