Police searching for a student who went missing after he fell into the River Forth in Stirling have recovered a body.Emergency crews have been scouring the river after reports that Stirling University student Prajwal Guhagarkar, 21, had fallen in the early hours of Saturday morning following a night out.Police, fire and coastguard teams had been involved in the extensive search but police have confirmed this morning that a body had been found.The identity of the body hasn’t been officially confirmed, but Mr Guhagarkar’s family have been informed.Chief Inspector Gill Marshall, Stirling Area Commander, said: “I can confirm that a body has sadly been recovered from the River Forth at Stirling today (Thursday, 11 June).“Formal identification.
