Bournemouth confirm positive COVID-19 test after Premier League announcement

Bournemouth have confirmed that one player at the club has tested positive for COVID-19. The second set of tests were conducted in recent days on 996 players and staff from Premier League clubs, confirming two more cases.

Bournemouth have this morning announced one player is part of their squad but have not named the individual. "AFC Bournemouth can confirm that one of its players has tested positive for Covid-19, following the club’s second round of testing," their statement read.
